The Posters and Demos Track of the Extended Semantic Web Conference (ESWC) 2026 welcomes submissions of presenting late-breaking results, ongoing research, innovative ideas, and early-stage prototypes within the Semantic Web domain. This track encourages discussions and interaction between researchers and practitioners, facilitating feedback on emerging work and demonstrations of cutting-edge technologies.

We welcome submissions that span the broad spectrum of Semantic Web research and applications, including but not limited to:

• Knowledge Graphs & Ontologies: Representation, reasoning, modularization, integration, and evolution.
• AI & Large Language Models: Neuro-symbolic AI, retrieval-augmented generation, and explainability.
• Natural Language Processing & Understanding: Entity linking, text generation, and semantic search.
• Machine Learning for Semantic Technologies: Representation learning, embeddings, and hybrid approaches.
• Data Quality, FAIR Principles & Trust: Data governance, privacy, bias, and security.
• Decentralized & Federated Systems: Linked data, streaming knowledge graphs, and IoT applications.
• Semantic Applications: eScience, life sciences, cultural heritage, smart cities, and industrial AI.

Contributions should be clearly related to the Semantic Web or have an impact in the field of semantics. ESWC adheres to the principles and guidelines stated in the ACM Policy on Authorship specifically about “Criteria for Authorship” regarding the use of Generative AI technologies for authoring papers.

Presentation Format

Accepted posters and demos will be presented in an interactive session, allowing direct exchanges between authors and conference attendees. Additionally, all presenters will participate in a “Minute Madness” session to briefly highlight their contributions. Submissions will also be eligible for Best Poster and Best Demo Awards.

Submission Guidelines

• All submissions must be in English.
• Submissions must be in PDF. Springer Publications expects the LaTeX source for the camera ready.
• Submissions must be formatted in the style of the Springer Publications format for Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS). For details on the LNCS style, see Springer’s Author Instructions.
• Poster and demo submissions are at most 4 pages long, including references.
• Demo submissions must additionally provide a description of the demonstration that will be given at the conference (which may include screenshots and must include either a link to an online demo or to a video presenting it).
• Submissions must clearly demonstrate relevance to the Semantic Web and the topics of interest of ESWC 2026. Papers that exceed the given page length or do not follow the LNCS guidelines will be desk rejected without review.
• The authors of accepted papers at the main tracks (i.e. research, resource, and in-use) are encouraged to submit a poster or demo. Posters and demos accompanying an accepted main track paper must be marked as such. Aside from such cases, double submissions to any other conferences, workshops, or tracks of ESWC will be rejected.
• Authors’ names and affiliations should be included.
• Submission is done through EasyChair (https://easychair.org/my/conference?conf=eswc2026). When logging in, select the “Posters and Demos” track.

Proceedings and Registration

Accepted poster and demo papers will appear in supplementary post-conference proceedings to be published by Springer in the series Lecture Notes in Computer Science (LNCS). Camera-ready versions shall be available online during the conference. Authors will be granted one extra page when preparing their camera-ready version, in order to address the reviewers’ comments.

Participants with an accepted poster or demonstration must register for the conference and present their work during the Poster and Demos Session. Space will be allocated for each participant. In case of any special requirements, the organizers should be contacted in advance of the conference.
