Main Conference
The Main Conference option includes:
- Access to all main conference sessions (12–14 May)
- Lunch and coffee breaks during the main conference (12–14 May)
- Posters & Demos session and reception on (12 May)
- Gala Dinner (13 May)
- Access to project networking session
Pre-Conference
The Pre-Conference option includes:
- Access to Workshops/Tutorials/Ph.D. Symposium sessions (10–11 May)
- Lunch and coffee breaks during both days (10–11 May)
Additional Gala Dinner Ticket for an Accompanying Persons
Additional ticket for Gala Dinner (13 May): 90 EUR (VAT included).
Payment & Invoicing
Pro forma invoice (optional)
To ensure your registration is processed smoothly, we can issue a pro forma invoice to your company, institute, or university. Please email eswc@pitea.si and include:
- Selected registration package,
- Name of participant(s),
- Full billing details (legal name and address),
- VAT ID (must be valid in VIES for those eligible paying without VAT).
Invoicing
Please ensure that the details you enter during registration exactly match the billing details required for your invoice (legal entity name, full address, VAT ID where applicable). Invoices cannot be modified or re-issued after they have been issued, except where required by applicable law.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
All registration fees are non-refundable. If you cannot attend, you may request a substitution/transfer of your registration to another attendee (subject to approval by the organisers).
